Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk (Joshua I think) was very helpful and answered all of my questions and accommodated my request for my husband to pick up the second key at a later point. Overall very impressed.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Comfortable quiet room where everything worked, the decor was subdued and it had plenty of room to do stretch/do yoga. I loved the lobby -- full of cozy spots to hang out, a fireplace, and a little bistro open mornings for coffee and breakfast. I usually don't hang out in hotel lobbies, but this one was so inviting. Would be a good spot for someone in town for work a spacious desk in the room with plenty of natural light, and the lobby has a cafe atmosphere for working on your laptop.

Good location, well-maintained & consistently clean facilities, terrific staff from front desk to housekeeping to barista. Would have liked an option for a small in-room microwave, but that's just a "very-nice-to-have."

The staff from management to the housekeeping staff did amazing. I will stay here from now on when in the Chicago area. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Bar and nice pantry to buy a couple of important items.

I loved the patio vibes. I love that you can open the window door and can go sit outside in the comfy chairs. I love the pull out table in the room which was nice to eat dinner.
